How will we use the information about you?

Sending you our weekly pricelist detailing what produce is available, what the prices are, and at what days and times collection is available. This pricelist also details the content of the next veg box.
Delivering our veg box to your house.
Contacting you by email or phone about your order and/or your delivery.

Your consent. You give your consent via the subscription form. If you contact us via email (stonelynkorganics@gmail.com), we will send you the link to the subscription form in order to comply with the GDPR. We will then use your personal information to send you the weekly pricelist by email. You are able to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting stonelynkorganics@gmail.com or via our unsubscription form. We will delete all your personal information once you have withdrawn your consent.
Fulfilment of a service: We use your information to execute contracts or services that you have entered into. This includes communications relating to your order and deliveries via phone, email and SMS (for example to let you know if a delivery is delayed).

We have no intention to share the information you have given us with anyone or any other business.

Subscription form:

Emails:

We circulate our e-mails through a widely used third-party e-mail handler Gmail. This provides for the secure storage of your contact details. For further information, see Google Privacy Notice.

We will keep your information until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive our pricelist emails via email (stonelynkorganics@gmail.com) or by unsubscribing on our website. In that case we will delete all your personal information.
